日粮中添加菜籽饼和亚麻籽饼对鹌鹑产蛋性能对鹌鹑产蛋性能、血清生化指标、蛋品质及蛋黄脂肪酸组成的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在研究菜籽饼、亚麻籽饼在产蛋鹌鹑中单独及混合应用效果,为菜籽饼和亚麻籽饼用于蛋鹌鹑日粮提供依据.试验选取480只健康13周龄"神丹1号"蛋鹌鹑,随机分成4组,每组6个重复.对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂添加10%菜籽饼、10%亚麻籽饼和5%菜籽饼+5%亚麻籽饼的等能等氮日粮,预饲期7 d,试验期35 d.结果表明:日粮添加10%菜籽饼或10%亚麻籽饼对鹌鹑产蛋率、平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著降低了鹌鹑平均蛋重、蛋壳厚度,增加了料蛋比和破蛋率(P<0.05),菜籽饼和亚麻籽饼混合添加显著缓解了两者单独添加对日产蛋量、平均蛋重、蛋壳厚度、料蛋比和破蛋率的影响;10%亚麻籽饼添加组鹌鹑血清丙二醛含量显著高于对照组和混合添加组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组均显著提高了鹌鹑蛋黄中ω-3多不饱和脂肪酶(PUFA)含量,并降低ω-6 PUFA/ω-3 PUFA比值(P<0.05),其中以10%亚麻籽饼组富集效果最佳,其次为10%菜籽饼组,再次为混合添加组.综上所述,在总添加量相同的情况下,菜籽饼与亚麻籽饼混合添加对鹌鹑平均蛋重、料蛋比、破蛋率、血清抗氧化能力等产生的不良影响小于单独添加组,但对提高蛋黄ω-3 PUFA相对含量效果亦小于单独添加组.

摘  要:
The aim of the experiment was to evaluate the effects of dietary rapeseed cake and linseed cake in laying quails′ diet on laying performances, egg quality characteristics, serum biochemical parameters and fatty acid compositions of egg yolk. A total of 480 laying quails(13-week-age) were randomly assigned to 4 dietary treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 20 birds per replicate. The control treatment was fed with corn and soybean meal based diet; rapeseed cake group was fed with 10% rapeseed cake(RS) in basal diet; linseed cake group was fed with 10% linseed cake(LS) in basal diet; and mixed group was fed with 5% rapeseed cake and 5% linseed cake in basal diet. The results showed that the supplement of RS and LS had no adverse effects on laying rate and average feed intake(P>0.05). Average egg weight, daily egg production and eggshell thickness were significantly decreased while feed/egg ratio and broken egg rate were significantly increased in RS and LS groups(P<0.05). The mixed group had lower adverse effect on egg laying performance and egg quality. Malondialdehyde level in serum of LS group was significant increasing compared with control group(P<0.05). Both LS and RS had increased total ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)(P<0.05) and decreased ω-6/ω-3 PUFA(P<0.05). LS group had the best enrichment effect of ω-3 PUFA, and followed by 10% RS group. In conclusion, compared with the single addition of RS and LS, RS and LS supplement reduced the negative effect on egg laying performance, egg quality and serum antioxidant, but to some extent reduced the enrichment effect of ω-3 PUFA.
