广西壮族自治区蚕业技术推广总站的科技创新能力述评

摘  要：
广西壮族自治区的蚕桑产业规模位居全国之首,广西壮族自治区蚕业技术推广总站(以下简称蚕业总站)肩负着广西蚕业技术创新的重要历史使命。依据近50年来在科技平台建设,科技人才培养,以及蚕、桑新品种选育,种桑养蚕技术改进,蚕桑资源高效利用等蚕业科技创新方面取得的成就,评述蚕业总站的科技创新能力。通过分析目前在人才队伍结构、基础创新能力、科技投入和技术创新水平等方面存在的不足,提出蚕业总站今后应加强创新型人才引进与培养,加强科研条件建设,以及围绕产业发展高效化和多样化、种业集团化、技术省力化几个方面进行产业技术研发与创新。

摘  要：
The scale of sericultural industry of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is on the top position across the country. The General Station for Sericulture Technology Popularization of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region( hereinafter referred to as The Sericultural General Station) undertakes the important historical mission of Guangxi scientific and technological innovation. In this paper,the scientific and technological innovation capability of The Sericultural General Station was commented according to the achievements in platform construction of science and technology,training of scientific and technical personnel,breeding of new silkworm and mulberry varieties,technology improvement in growing mulberry and rearing silkworm,and efficient utilization of silkworm and mulberry resources in the past 50 years. Through analyzing the shortcomings in personnel structure,basic innovative ability,science and technology input and technological innovation levels,it is suggested that The Sericultural General Station should strengthen the introduction and training of creative talents,enhance the construction of research conditions,develop and innovate the industrial technologies to achieve high efficiency and diversity in industrial development,high collectivization in seed industry,and labor-saving technology in sericultural production.
