摘 要：
为建立地黄多糖粉的质量标准,采用Molish法联合薄层色谱法进行鉴别,通过苯酚硫酸法对多糖和高效液相色谱法对梓醇进行含量测定。结果表明,Molish法显色明显,薄层色谱法斑点清晰;多糖在11.1μg/mL~111μg/mL的范围内,吸光度值与葡萄糖浓度呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.994 8),平均加样回收率为98.74%,RSD为2.61;梓醇在10.5μg/mL~105μg/mL的范围内,峰面积与进样浓度呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 2),平均加样回收率为99.09%,RSD为1.63。说明建立的方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

摘 要：
To establish the quality standard for Rehmanniapolysaccharide powder,Molish method and TLC were used to identify.The content of polysaccharides in the powder was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and catalpol by HPLC.The coloration of Molish method was obvious.The TLC sports developed were fairly clear.Glucose showed a good linear relationship in the range of 11.1μg/mL-111μg/mL(R2=0.994 8),its average recovery rate was 98.74%,and RSD was 2.61%.Catalpol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 10.5to 105μg/mL(R2=0.999 2),its average recovery rate was 99.09%,and RSD was 1.17%.This method is simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used as the quality control method.
