拖拉机田间作业机组的生产率及其影响因素的研究

摘  要:
提出了适于南方小块水田地区的田间作业机组生产率计算模型 ,分析了影响机组生产率大小的主要因素 ,相继又推出主要因素对机组生产率影响程度的评价指标及其计算模型 ,诸如机组单位额定功率的小时生产率、单位作业量的能量消耗量、生产率发挥性系数、生产率有效发挥时的地块作业小区垄长及机组额定功率等 ,并举实例进行了分析。实践已证明这些指标与模型是适用的。

摘  要:
A math model used for estimating the productivity of a field working tractor implement unit was established. The main factors influencing productivity of the unit were analyzed and some evaluation parameters as well as their math models were also developed. These parameters include hour productivity per rated power, energy consumption per hectare, effective coefficient of productivity, working plot length and rated power. The results from the model were proved out by a practical production.
