云南大粒稻种资源的性状遗传与评价

摘  要:
用云南稻种资源中的大穗大粒品种与半矮秆推广品种杂交,于分离世代分析了百粒重、株高、每穗粒数和单株穗数的遗传表现。对云南大粒稻在育种中的利用价值作了评价。 百粒重、每穗粒数和单株穗数表现为数量性状遗传,株高既受主基因控制,也存在着微效基因的修饰作用。百粒重、每穗粒数都与株高存在着显著的正相关,但与单株穗数相关不密切。分离世代中,大粒多粒的植株一般较高,但加大分离群体,可以选到植株较矮、穗大、粒多的后代。

摘  要:
The large-grain rice varieties (100-grain weight more than 3 g) collected from Yunnan, a divergent centre of 0. sativa, are very valuable germplasm with big panicles, resistance to drought, and good cooking quality. Some of them have been used in improving the yield potential of cultivated varieties. To evaluate their genetic performance in breeding programs in Nanjing, data for 4 traits in 5 hybrids between 4 Yunnan large-grain varieties and 2 semi-dwarf cultivars (0. sativa subsp. keng) were analysed. The F2 population showed normal distribution of frequency for 100-grain weight, number of grains per panicle and panicles per plant. The frequency of plant height distributed bimodally and continuously, indicating that this trait was controlled by a major gene and modified by minor genes. The 100-grain weight and number of grains per panicle were significantly correlated with plant height, which may be a major problem in the use of Yunnan largegrain rice germplasm in breeding programs. In the segregation population of Nangeng 35 (semi-dwarf cultivar) x Haolaimabo (Yunnan large-grain), most plants possessed large grains and a great number of grains per panicle (more than 3 g per 100-grain and 150 grains per panicle). Some selections with semi-dwarf culm and more panicles per plant were got from the progenies.
