收入水平、消费者偏好与居民家庭虾产品消费需求分析——基于2014年广州、湛江两市的实地调查

摘  要:
基于消费者需求的相关理论,针对居民家庭虾产品消费需求量设计相应的调查问卷,结合2014年广州和湛江两市所做的实地调查数据,对居民家庭虾产品消费数量作了描述性统计分析,并构建相应的计量模型,实证分析影响居民家庭虾产品消费量的因素。实证结果表明:居民家庭总收入、猪肉价格变动、消费者偏好、家中60岁以上老人和18岁以下孩子数量等5个变量均对家庭虾产品消费数量产生显著影响。在此基础上,文章最后从政府、行业协会和居民家庭3个不同层面提出相应的对策建议。

摘  要:
Based on the theory of consumer demands,the paper designed appropriate questionnaire for the households consumer shrimp products,some data have been done in Guangzhou and Zhanjiang in 2014,described statistical analysis have been done for the households shrimp consumption,and the corresponding measurement model was constructed to analyze the factors of shrimp for the household. The empirical results showed that the five variables about the total household income,pork price changes,consumer preferences,over the age of 60 and less than 18 populations produced a significant effect on the consumption of shrimp. On this basis,the article concludes three different levels with corresponding proposals from the government,industrial associations and household.
