超临界CO_2与水酶法提取不同热处理薏米糠油的品质

摘  要:
获得品质较好的薏米糠油,为薏米糠的进一步综合利用提供参考,以薏米糠为研究对象,对比分析超临界CO_2和水酶法提取经焙炒、挤压2种热处理方式所得薏米糠油的品质。结果表明:不同处理提取薏米糠油理化指标均符合国家一级浸出米糠油标准,所得薏米糠油不饱和脂肪酸含量均达到85%以上,且超临界CO_2提取经挤压热处理的薏米糠油能最大限度的保留活性物质,其薏米糠油不饱和脂肪酸含量最高,油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生烯酸和棕榈油酸含量分别为45.59%、42.36%、0.89%、0.29%和0.27%。

摘  要:
The difference in quality of barn oil extracted from adlay by supercritical CO_2 and aqueous enzymatic extraction was compared under roasting and squeezing heat treatments to acquire adlay bran oil with a good quality and provide a reference for further comprehensive utilization of adlay bran.Result:The physicochemical indexes of bran oil extracted from adlay by four extraction treatments accords with the national first grade leaching rice bran oil standard and the unsaturated fatty acid content of the extracted adlay bran oil is over 85%.The supercritical CO_2 extraction with squeezing heat treatment can reserve active substances in adlay bran oil to the utmost extent and the unsaturated fatty acid content of is the highest among four extraction treatments.The content of oleic acid,linoleic acid,linolenic acid,arachidonic acid and palmitoleic acid in bran oil extracted from adlay by the supercritical CO_2 extraction with squeezing heat treatment is 45.59%,42.36%,0.89%,0.29%and 0.27%respectively.
