浙江省农民教育培训机构的现状、问题与对策研究——以浙江省X县、Y县为例

摘  要：
农民教育培训机构是新型农民培训体系重要和基础的环节,完善和提升农民培训质量,必然要加强和改进农民培训机构,调研组通过走访浙江省X县和Y县的农民培训管理部门和培训机构负责人,分别对农民培训的机构类型、资金来源、师资组成、课程形式、培训时间等方面进行了深入访谈,对两县农民培训机构现状进行了比较,就目前存在的问题进行了分析,就培训机构的资金投入、基地建设、师资队伍、前期调研和激励机制等方面提出了加强和完善农民培训机构建设的对策和措施。

摘  要：
Farmers' education & training institute is an essential and basic part in the training system of new farmers. In order to improve and upgrade farmers' training quality, it is necessary to strengthen and improve farmers' training institutes.Through visits to the farmers' training management department and heads of training institutes in X and Y county, the research group interviewed in-depth the types of institutes, funding sources, composition of teachers, curriculum form, training time and other aspects of farmers' training, compared the current situation of farmers' training institutes in the two county and analyzed the current problems, to aspects such as the fund investment, base construction, teaching staff, early research and incentive mechanism of training institutes, the countermeasures to strengthen and perfect the construction for farmers' training institutes were put forward.
