福建白兔血液生理生化指标的测定

摘  要:
为给福建白兔的饲养管理、品种选育、肉质研究和临床诊疗提供依据,从血液理化特性方面研究该品种的种质特征,采用全自动血液分析仪和全自动生化仪对福建白兔的血液生理生化指标进行测定,并将雌雄福建白兔进行比较。结果表明,血液生理指标中只有红细胞分布宽度(SD)表现为雌雄差异显著(P<0.05),其他指标均无显著差异(P>0.05);雌雄福建白兔生化指标中,雄兔的总胆固醇(CHOL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、氯(Cl)都低于雌兔且差异极显著(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、肌酐(CREA)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、镁(Mg)、阴离子间隙(AG)差异显著(P<0.05),其他指标均差异不显著。经过统计分析,建立了福建白兔血液生理生化参考值,为福建白兔的疾病诊断、饲养管理、保种选育等临床和科研工作提供基础资料和数据。

摘  要:
In order to provide essential references in feeding management,breeding,meat quality and clinical treatment on Fujian white rabbit,and to study its blood physiological and biochemical,a number of blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Fujian white rabbits were determined by an automatic blood counting instrument and an automatic biochemical analyzer,and by contrast analysis with female and male.The results showed that no significant difference(P < 0.05) in hematological parameters except the parameter SD was observed between sexes.Biological parameters CHOL,LDL and Cl of male were significantly lower than those of female(P < 0.01).HDL,CREA,ALT,Mg and AG were significantly different between sexes(P < 0.05).The haemal physiological and biochemical parameters of Fujian white rabbits established via statistical analysis may provide a reference for clinic and scientific research.
