磁流变减振器设计中若干关键问题探讨

摘  要:
磁流变减振器具有体积小、阻尼力大、动态范围广、频响高等优点,应用于车辆悬架减振上,可以很好地满足悬架主动、半主动减振性能的需求。本文主要从磁流变液的特性、励磁材料的选择、磁路工作点的确定以及磁路级数的选择等方面对磁流变减振器设计中需要注意的几个关键问题进行了详细论述,主要分析了励磁材料选择应遵循的原则以及软磁材料工作点的确定方法,为磁流变减振器的设计与应用提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
Magneto-rheological dampers have the advantages of smaller volume,larger damping force,wider dynamic range,higher frequency response and other advantages which are applied to the vehicle suspension,which could be very good to meet the need of active suspension,semi-active damping performance.In this paper,a few key issues during the design of Magnetorheological damper are mainly researched and discussed,including the rheological characters of magneto-rheological fluid,the selection of excitation materials,the determination of circuit working point and the selection of magnetic circuit series.The selection principle of excitation materials and the design methods of soft magnetic materials working point are mainly analyzed,which provided theoretical source for magneto-rheological damper design and application.
