摘  要：
研究采用刺破法、切剖法和抽吸法采集猪卵母细胞,比较3种不同方法对卵母细胞在体外成熟及受精后发育的影响。结果表明:刺破法和切剖法所得A、B级卵母细胞数显著高于抽吸法(P<0.05);三种方法回收的A、B级卵母细胞成熟率差异不显著(P>0.05),但三种方法获取的A级卵母细胞成熟率均显著高于B级卵母细胞(P<0.05);刺破法得到的成熟卵母细胞受精后的卵裂率显著高于抽吸法(P<0.05),与切剖法相比差异不显著(P>0.05),但在卵裂胚胎中胚胎各发育阶段所占比例相同(P>0.05)。

摘  要：
In this study,author has compared the effects of three collecting oocytes,puncture,dissection and suck,on the development of porcine oocytes matured and fertilized in vitro.The results showed that oocytes of class A and B,which were collected by puncture and dissection,were significantly higher than those collected by suck-out,but mature rate of those oocytes was similar in three methods(P>0.05),and mature rate of class A oocytes was distinctly higher than that of class B oocytes in three methods(P<0.05).The puncture had significantly higher percentage than suck out in ovum cleavage rate after fertilization from mature oocytes(P<0.05),and had no significant difference comparing with dissection(P>0.05).All methods produced similar proportion of ovum cleavage in every developmental stage(P>0.05).
