10% 6-苄基腺嘌呤水悬浮剂的研制

摘  要：
对10%6-苄基腺嘌呤水悬浮剂的润湿分散剂、增稠剂和防冻剂等助剂进行了筛选,确定了最佳配方:6-苄基腺嘌呤原药10%,NP-10 2.5%,农乳600#2.5%,乙二醇4%,黄原胶0.25%,去离子水补至100%。对该制剂的各项质量指标进行了测定,结果表明,10%6-苄基腺嘌呤水悬浮剂的悬浮率、析水率、pH、冷热储稳定性等均达标,制剂外观正常,水中分散性良好。

摘  要：
6-Benzylaminopurine 10%flowable concentrate was developed and optimized with the superfine comminution technology and screening of the main adjuvants.According to the production process of suspension agent,the wetting dispersing agent,thickening agent and anti freezing agent were selected,and the quality and technical indexes were determined.The optimized formula was obtained by experiments:6-benzylaminopurine 10%,NP-10# 2.5%,600# 2.5%,glycol 4%,yellow gum 0.25%,deionized water making up to 100%.After determination of the formulation,all the terms meet the criterion of SC.
