摘  要:
精氨酸激酶是一类具有重要功能的酶,在生命体的能量代谢中起着较大的作用,其广泛存在于多种昆虫和高等生物中。近年来,随着对精氨酸激酶研究的不断深入,发现其在多种可食用生物中的食物过敏作用。本文介绍了精氨酸激酶的性质、重组表达和鉴定以及不同方法对其过敏原性的影响等。

摘  要:
Arginine kinase, is a kind of important protein, which have an important effect on energy metabolism of many lives. Arginine kinase is widely found in many insects and higher organisms. In recent years, with the deepening of research on arginine kinase, it has been found to have food allergy in a variety of edible organisms. This paper reviews the research progress of the properties, the recombinant expression and identification, and influence of different treatment on allergenicity of arginine kinase.
