桦褐孔菌多糖复方对弓形虫感染小鼠的肝脏组织学影响

摘  要:
采用免疫组化和透射电镜观察了解由桦褐孔菌多糖和马齿苋多糖、甘草醇提物、黄芩醇提物所组成的复方对急性感染弓形虫小鼠肝脏的保护作用.病理切片和免疫组化结果表明,感染对照组肝脏呈现典型、严重的病理变化,抗原染色明显,可见典型的弓形虫速殖子;复方试验组见少量抗原染色反应,少于桦褐孔菌多糖组,且两者病理损伤均明显好于感染对照组.透射电镜结果表明复方对急性感染弓形虫小鼠肝细胞无毒副作用,对弓形虫有直接杀灭作用,能够减轻弓形虫对肝细胞的破坏.说明桦褐孔菌多糖复方对急性感染弓形虫小鼠肝脏具有良好的保护作用.

摘  要:
In this study,we used the immunohistochemistry techniques and transmission electron microscope(TEM) observation to understand the protective effect of the compound,which is composed of Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Scutellaria baicalensi,Portulaca oleracea and Inonotus obliquus,on the livers of Toxoplasma gondii-infected mice.The pathological and immunohistochemical results showed the typical and severe pathological changes in the livers of infected mice and significant antigen staining.T.gondii tachyzoites were also visible and typical.Very few positive staining was observed in the compound group,less than Inonotus obliquus polysaccharides group,and the pathological alterations in the two groups were significantly milder than the infected group.TEM results showed that the compound had no toxic effects on the liver cells of T.gondii-infected mice.It had a direct role in killing of Toxoplasma,and could reduce the destruction of liver cells.It suggested that inonotus obliquus polysaccharide compound had a good protective effect on the livers of T.gondii-infected mice.
