摘  要:
本研究利用近红外透射技术和偏最小二乘法(PLS)快速测定牛奶中氯霉素残留含量,氯霉素残留的预测值与真实值的相关系数达0.9893,预示集的平均回收率为99.77%。结果表明该方法可快速测定牛奶中氯霉素残留含量。

摘  要:
In this study, a rapid determination method of chloramphenicol residue in milk was developed using near infrared (NIR) transmission spectrophotometry and partial least squares (PLS). The correlation coefficient between true and predicted values of chloramphenicol residue is 0.9893. The average recovery of prediction sets is 99.77%. This method can be used for the rapid determination of chloramphenicol residue in milk.
