香菇菌丝太空诱变效应研究——Ⅰ.太空环境对香菇菌丝生长特性的影响

摘  要:
香菇(Lentinula edodes)航天搭载菌株Cr-04-DZ、H_7-DZ分别与对照菌株Cr-04、H_7之间形成不明显的拮抗线。Cr-04-DZ的气生菌丝较Cr-04发达,而H_7-DZ菌株的情形则相反。搭载菌株25℃下菌落生长速度显著大于对照菌株。在以蔗糖、麦芽糖和葡萄糖为碳源的培养基上,Cr-04-DZ菌落生长速度大于Cr-04;H_7-DZ在5种供试碳源培养基上菌落生长速度均显著大于H_7。在以尿素和氯化铵为氮源的培养基上,H_7-DZ菌落生长速度明显大于H_7。但在7种供试氮源培养基上,Cr-04-DZ与Cr-04菌落生长速度没有显著差异。

摘  要:
Strains of Lentinula edodes were boarded on recoverable balloon stayed at the height of 25km and 2()km for 4h and 1. 5h resp. . Unclear antagnistic line existed between related boarded strains (Cr-04-DZ, H7-DZ) and check strains (Cr-04, H7). Boarded strains had higher colony growth rate than that of the check strains at 25℃. With the media composed with sucrase, maltose and glucose as the carbon sources, the colony growth rate of the boarded strain Cr-04-DZ was higher than that of the check strain Cr-04. In the meantime, the colony growth rate of the boarded strain H7-DZ was remarkably higher than that of the check strain H7 on all media of five carbon sources tested. On the other hand, no significant difference existed between the colony growth rate of Cr-04-DZ and Cr-04 on all media of seven nitrogen sources tested, only the colony growth rate of H7-DZ was significantly higher than that of H7 on the media with carbamide and NH,Cl as the nitrogen sources.
