Based on the theory of customer value,this paper constructs a service evaluation model for university library and introduces the process of evaluation in detail.At last,this model was applied to practice.As a typical case,the library of Tianjin Agricultural University carried out a questionnaires investigation to evaluate and analyze its service for readers.
