摘要：

The paper reviewed the establishment and development of the system of Japanese forest owners' cooperative.The cooperative's organizational system,operation mechanism,financial system,etc.were systematically introduced,and its position and role in private forest and its basic characteristics were analyzed.The necessity of speeding up the establishment of cooperative organizations in China was elaborated,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
