宁南霉素、病毒A、娃儿藤碱对烟草花叶病毒的室内毒力活性测定

摘  要:
采用半叶法测定了宁南霉素、病毒A、娃儿藤碱对TMV的离体、活体的保护、治疗和钝化作用。试验结果表明,宁南霉素的钝化、保护效果和离体治疗效果较好,抑制率分别为93.24%、67.23%、74.78%,明显优于其他植物病毒抑制剂。

摘  要:
A half-leaf method was used to determine protective, curative, and inactivation efficacies, both in vivo andin vitro, of ningnanmycin, virus A, and antofine against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). Ningnanmycin provided rela-tively good inactivation and protective activity, and showed good in vitro curative efficacy, with inhibition rates of 93.2, 67.2,and 74.8%, respectively. Ningnanmycin activity was significantly better than other plant virus inhibitors.
