外源硒对岚皋花魔芋生长发育的影响

摘  要:
[目的]通过在土壤中添加不同浓度的亚硒酸钠,探究能够促进岚皋花魔芋生长发育的最适硒浓度。[方法]以安康当地的岚皋花魔芋为试验材料,在盆栽土壤中添加不同浓度的亚硒酸钠水溶液,摸索岚皋花魔芋对不同浓度硒的生理响应。[结果](1)硒浓度在6.25mg·kg~(-1)时,魔芋柄茎及叶幅均达到最大值,分别为1.88cm和50.25cm;硒浓度在6.25~25mg·kg~(-1)的范围内,株高达到最大值,为49.6cm。(2)硒浓度在25mg·kg~(-1)时,叶绿素a及总的叶绿素含量均达到最大值,分别为4.64mg·g-1和5.97mg·g-1;叶绿素b的含量随硒浓度的增加而先升后降,但各处理间差异不显著。(3)硒浓度在50 mg·kg~(-1)时,脯氨酸含量达到最大值,为86.14ug·g-1;丙二醛在硒浓度为6.25~12.5mg·kg~(-1)的范围内,含量降到最低,为0.07mmol·g-1。(4)魔芋鲜重在硒浓度为12.5~25mg·kg~(-1)的范围内达到最大值,为72.9g;魔芋KGM含量在硒浓度为6.25mg·kg~(-1)时达到最大值,为46.61%;魔芋球茎含硒量在硒浓度为200mg·kg~(-1)时达到最大,为41.54mg·kg~(-1)。[结论]魔芋在不同硒浓度下的各项生理生化指标,认为能够促进岚皋花魔芋生长发育的土壤施硒量为6.25~25mg·kg~(-1)。

摘  要:
[Objective]This study was conducted to investigate the effect of selenium on the growth and development of the local konjac species in Langao.[Methods]The influence of exogenous selenium at different concentrations on the developmental rate of konjac was determined by incorporating sodium selenite at different concentrations into potting soil,and parameters of developmental and physiological features were measured at different time points.[Results]Study showed that:(1)Stem diameter and leave area of plants were reached the greatest value at 1.88 cm and50.25 cm,respectively with the concentration of selenium at 6.25 mg·kg~(-1).And plants showed the highest height at49.6 cm when treated with selenium in the range of 6.25~25 mg·kg~(-1).(2)The contents of chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll reached up to 4.64 mg·g-1 and 5.97 mg·g-1,respectively when the concentration of selenium was25 mg·kg~(-1).And,the content of chlorophyll b fluctuated with the increase of selenium concentrations,but no significant difference was observed among treatments.(3)The content of proline reached the maximum value at 86.14 ug·g-1 when the concentration of selenium was 50 mg·kg~(-1).Furthermore,the content of malondialdehyde was decreased to a minimum value at0.07 mmol·g-1 when the concentration of selenium within the scope of 6.25~12.5 mg·kg~(-1).(4)The biggest fresh weight of konjac fruit at 72.9 g was produced in the range of 12.5~25 mg·kg~(-1) of selenium concentration,while KGM of konjac fruit was the highest at 46.61% with the selenium concentration at 6.25 mg·kg~(-1).Selenium content in bulbs was reached up to200 mg·kg~(-1) when selenium concentration incorporated was 41.54 mg·kg~(-1).[Conclusion]In summary,the appropriate selenium content can promote the growth of konjac,and the optimal amount of soil selenium was determined at 6.25~25 mg·kg~(-1).
