黄腐酸对盐胁迫条件下旱柳扦插的影响

摘  要:
试验以2年生旱柳中上部幼嫩下部半木质化的当年生枝条为材料,以含盐量7‰的东营原位土按照0、25%、50%、75%、100%的比例与纯沙均匀混合所得的土壤为扦插基质,扦插后3d加入基质的重量3‰比例稀释600倍后水溶性黄腐酸为试验组,加水为对照组。于12d测定插条苗新梢生长量、生根率、生根数、根系平均长度、生根指数。结果显示:盐胁迫总体上抑制了旱柳扦插的生根和生长,加入黄腐酸后可以有效缓解盐胁迫对插条的影响促进插条生根和生长,相关分析发现插条苗的新梢生长量与生根率、生根数、根系平均长度等成极显著正相关。

摘  要:
The trial takes annual branches of the biennial Salix as materials, whose lower parts are semi lignified and upper parts are young and tender,cutting in stroma which were mixed in situ soil with 7‰salt content of Dongying and pure sand in proportion of0, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%. After 3 days, joining the water soluble fulvic acid whose weight is 3‰of stroma,with diluting 600 times as the experimental group,joining water as the control group. In 12 days, setting-out the new shoot growth, rooting rate, root number,average root length, rooting index of the cutting. The results showed that salt stress inhibited the rooting and growth of Salix matsudana cuttings, fulvic acid can effectively alleviate the effect of salt stress to forcing on cuttings and promoting the rooting and growth of cuttings. Correlation analysis showed that the growth of cuttings was positively correlated with rooting rate, rooting number and average root length.
