大枣红糖姜茶的制备

摘  要:
目的:探索大枣、生姜在养生保健方面的应用。方法:采用传统的膏方制作工艺,制作出大枣红糖姜茶。结果:将大枣、生姜利用传统的煎煮方法提取。提取液滤过,静置沉淀,上清液再滤过,加入红糖至完全融化。常压水浴(80℃)浓缩,并不断搅拌,观察有挂旗现象,则标志膏已形成。结论:利用传统的膏方制作工艺,简单可行。

摘  要:
Objective To explore the adhibition of jujube and ginger in health care. Method Using traditional preparation process to make jujube and ginger electuary. Result The jujube and the ginger were extracted by the traditional decoction method. The extract was filtered,fixed precipitation,the supernatant was re-filtered and added to brown sugar to completely melt. Atmospheric water bath( 80℃)concentrated,and constantly stirring. The mark paste has been formed observing the phenomenon of flag hanging. Conclusion It is simple and feasible to make the traditional paste recipe.
