为了解活禽市场防疫管理现状,通过对平度市现有4处活禽经营市场防疫情况进行调查分析,肯定了其在加强组织领导、强化宣传告知、健全标准制度、建立活禽经营监管机制等方面的积极成效,也指出其存在市场开办主体履职不到位,场址设计规划不合理,市场管理职责有待加强,从业人员安全防护意识低等难题.建议采取实行活禽经营定点规划,规范活禽市场设置标准,逐步推行"活禽集中屠宰、冷链配送、冰鲜上市"等措施,进一步规范活禽经营市场的防疫管理工作.

摘  要：
In order to recognize the current situation of supervision over disease prevention in live poultry markets (LPMs),an investigation and analysis was carried out towards 4 such markets in Pingdu City in this article. Through the investigation,the great achievements were affirmed in aspects of strengthening organization and leadership, intensifying publicity and notification,improving the standard system,as well as establishing a supervision system for live poultry trade. Meanwhile,the difficulties during LPMs operation were also pointed out,such as the insufficient duty execution by the subjects who starting up the markets,the irrational design and plan of the market sites, the incomplete and imperfect management responsibilities of LPMs,and the low safety protection awareness of practitioners working in LPMs. At last,some suggestions were given,including adopting the fixed-point plan for live poultry trade,standardizing the specifications for setting LPMs,gradually implementing the policy of"centralized slaughtering of live poultry,distribution by the cold chain,poultry product marketing in frozen or fresh form",so as to further standardize the supervision service for disease prevention in LPMs.
