近海鱼类多样性调查新方法-环境DNA分析技术

摘  要:
由于受传统调查手段的限制,长期以来国内缺乏快速、有效的方法对近海鱼类多样性进行准确评估.环境DNA是一种稳定、高效、高灵敏度的物种监测新技术.近年来,已成为监测物种多样性、生物量及其时空分布的重要手段.本文首先综述了环境DNA分析技术的概念、方法及该技术在水生生物调查和物种多样性分析中的研究现状.随后以舟山近海为典型研究区域,探讨了环境DNA metabarcoding技术在该海域鱼类多样性调查研究中的实际意义和应用前景.

摘  要:
Due to the limitation of traditional investigation means, it was hard to evaluate effectively and accurately domestic marine fish diversity. Environmental DNA(e DNA) is a new technique for species monitoring because of its reproducibility, high efficiency and high sensitivity. In recent years, e DNA has become an important technique to monitor the diversity, biomass, and temporal-spatial distribution of aquatic species.Firstly, this paper reviewed the concept, approaches and status about e DNA technique in the aquatic organism.And then, targeting the coastal waters of Zhoushan as typical sea area, we discussed the practical significance and application prospects of e DNA metabarcoding analysis in the fish diversity investigation.
