正交试验法优化玉米秸秆穰叶青贮发酵剂的研究

摘  要:
为优选玉米秸秆穰叶青贮发酵剂,研究采用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计,将菌剂、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、中草药添加到粉碎的玉米秸秆穰叶中进行青贮,以青贮品质、营养成分、饲喂价值为评价体系评价青贮发酵效果。综合平衡法结果表明,最优组合是A_1B_2C_3D_3,即菌剂0%,纤维素酶0.1%,木聚糖酶酶0.2%,中草药0.2%。

摘  要:
In order to optimize silage additives for leaf and pith of corn stalk.L_9(3~4)orthogonal experimental design was adopted,and silage inoculant,cellulose,xylanase,Chinese herbal medicine were added.The silage quality,nutritional composition,feeding value were analysed to evaluate the fermentation effect.Results were evaluated by comprehensive balance method. The results showed that the optimum combination is A_1B_2C_3D_3,silage inoculant 0%,cellulose 0.1%,xylanase 0.2%,Chinese herbal medicine 0.2%.
