微波法提取牡荆总黄酮的研究

摘  要:
[目的]优化牡荆总黄酮提取工艺,并对不同部位的总黄酮含量进行了比较。[方法]采用微波法提取,以总黄酮提取率为指标,用L9(34)正交试验对牡荆叶、茎、花、果实和根部中的黄酮类物质提取工艺进行优选,并比较了不同部位总黄酮含量差异。[结果]牡荆总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:以体积分数为0.30的乙醇溶液作为溶剂,温度为90℃,固液比为1∶30,微波辐射时间为12 min。在最佳工艺条件下,测得牡荆叶的黄酮含量为9.33%,茎为3.19%,花为8.52%,果实为5.67%,根部为4.31%。[结论]该研究可为牡荆的合理开发利用提供理论依据。

摘  要:
[Objective]To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from leaves,stems,flowers,fruits and roots of Vitex negundo L.var.cannabifolia(Sieb.et Zucc.) Hand.-Mazz.,and compare their contents in different parts.[Method] Taking the extraction rate of total flavonoids as index,L9(34) orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Vitex negundo L.var.cannabifolia(Sieb.et Zucc.) Hand.-Mazz.by microwave method.The contents of total flavonoids in different parts were compared.[Result] The results showed that the optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids was as follows: ethanol volume fraction of 30%,temperature of 90 ℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30 and microwave irradiation time of 12 min.Under this condition,the content of total flavonoids from leaves,stems,flowers,fruits and roots was 9.33%,3.19%,8.52%,5.67% and 4.31%,respectively.[Conclusion] This study could provide theoretical basis for the proper development and utilization of Vitex negundo L.var.cannabifolia(Sieb.et Zucc.) Hand.-Mazz..
