牡荆种子萌发及引种栽培研究初探

摘  要：
通过清水浸泡、赤霉素溶液浸泡和湿卫生纸包裹3种方式对牡荆种子进行催芽处理,并观察后期牡荆的生长发育状况。结果表明,用湿卫生纸包裹的种子发芽率达到92%,高于其他2种处理方式的萌芽率;露地牡荆生长迅速,长势良好,当年株高可达78.8 cm,冠幅42.5 cm,花序8个;牡荆萌芽阶段要求基质湿度>90%,温度在23～26℃,幼苗期需控制基质湿度<70%,温度<28℃,否则叶片和根系易出现发黑腐烂和虫害现象。

摘  要：
In this study, the seeds of Vitex negundo Linn. var. cannabifoliadue were treated by water, gibberellin solution and wet bathroom tissue to promote germination, and the growth and development of Vitex negundo was observed. The results showed that the germination rate of the seeds wrapped with wet bathroom tissue reached 92%, which was higher than that of the other two treatments.Vitex negundo grew rapidly and good in open field, the height of the year was 78.8 cm, the crown width was 42.5 cm, and the inflorescences were 8. In germination stage of Vitex negundo, the matrix humidity should be more than 90%, temperature was 23-26 ℃.In seedling stage, the matrix humidity should be less than 70%, temperature was less than 28 ℃. Otherwise, the leaves and roots of Vitex negundo were prone to black rot and insect damage.
