牡荆挥发油的组成及其抑菌活性研究

摘  要:
采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对牡荆枝叶挥发油的化学成分进行分析,并采用微量稀释法,测定了牡荆挥发油及挥发油中的主要单体成分对大肠杆菌、四联球菌、枯草杆菌和荧光假单胞菌的抑菌活性。结果显示,牡荆挥发油的主要成分为石竹烯(43·12%)、β-榄香烯(4·03%)和桧烯(3·82%),且石竹烯和β-榄香烯对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、四联球菌均具有较强的抑制作用,是牡荆挥发油的重要抑菌活性成分。

摘  要:
The volatile compositions in the essential oil from leaves and stems of Vitex negundo Linn.var.cannabifolia(Sieb.et Zucc.)Hand.-Mazz.were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Broth micro-dilution method was applied to evaluate the antibacterial activities of the essential oil and its main constituents against Escherichia coli,Micrococcus Tetragenus,Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas fluorescen.The results showed that the essential oil of the plant was mainly composed of caryophyllene(43.12%),β-elemene(4.03%)and sabinene(3.82%).Caryophyllene and β-elemene were suggested as the significant antibacterial compounds in the essential oil,as they showed strong inhibition activities against Escherichia coli,Micrococcus Tetragenus and Bacillus subtilis.
