士剖ll机构社会信用等级评价模式探究

摘  要:
培训机构的社会信用等级评价是对培训学校的资产实力、师资力量、教学水平、获利能力、经营管理水平、履约能力、发展能力、偿债能力、守信程度等情况的客观评价.探讨建立一种相对独立、公正、客观和科学的信用等级评价体系,对引导培训机构的建设与发展,以及向社会推荐优质、诚信的培训机构意义重大.培训机构信用评价实行四等十级制.设计评价工作主要程序包括评价准备、机构内外部调查、初评、审核复议、评级结果反馈等八个阶段.培训机构的社会信用等级评价应由培训机构的主管部门或行业协会负责主持或委托专业评价机构开展.评价结果应及时向社会公布,便于社会监督和学员选择,对各学校而言最终要实现"以评促建,推动发展"的目的.

摘  要:
The social credit rating evaluation of training institutions is the objective evaluation of asset strength, faculty, teaching level, profitability, managerial and administrative expertise, the ability of fulfilling agreements, development ability, debt paying ability, and trustworthy degree on training institutions. Exploring to establish a relatively independent, impartial, objective and scientific credit rating system has a significant effect on guiding the construction and development of training institutions, as well as recommending high quality, faithful training institutions to the community. Credit rating of training institution practices "Four Classes Ten Levels". The main program of evaluation design includes eight stages, that is, the evaluation preparation, investigations of both inside and outside the organization, initial evaluation, audit reconsideration, the feedback of rating results. The social credit rating evaluation of training institutions should be developed by competent department, industry associations, or professional institutions. The evaluation results should be announced to the public in a timely manner to facilitate social supervision and student choices. As for each school, it has to ultimately achieve the goal of "Promote Construction by Means of Evaluation".
