草菇的系统分类地位及分化时间

摘  要:
对草菇(Volvariella volvacea)等19种真菌基因组进行全基因组系统发生分析并进行分子钟估计,结果显示,草菇位于草腐菌所形成的簇中,相对进化较早;由于裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune)与草腐菌位置关系较近,并在同一个簇,推测草腐菌很可能由裂褶菌演化而来;分子钟估计显示草菇的分化时间大约为2.09亿年前。

摘  要:
Phylogenetic analysis of 19 fungal genomes revealed Volvariella volvacea to be located in a cluster of grass-decaying fungi,and represented an ancient type of grass-decomposer.Based on the close relationship between Schizophyllum commune and other grass-decay fungi,and their location together within the same cluster,it is postulated that grass-decay fungi evolved fromS.commune and,according to molecular clock estimates,the divergence time of V.volvacea was approximately 209 million years ago.
