PDCA视角下地方高校二级学院管理策略探究

摘要：

二级学院是直接落实高校各项工作任务的基本单位,其管理能力和水平直接影响着高校的整体命运和前途。选取PDCA循环理论为视角,以地方高校发展为背景,在扼要解读PDCA理论内涵基础上,分析了地方高校二级学院管理中所存在的普遍问题,指出PDCA循环理论原理对地方高校二级学院管理水平的提升具有重要意义。

摘要：

Secondary school is the basic unit of the direct implementation of the various tasks in university. The high quality of management directly affects the overall development of the university, and the reference and application field of theories related to management will be very helpful. From the perspective of PDCA, under the background of development of university, based on the brief interpretation of the connotation on PDCA theory, the article analyzes the common problems existing in secondary school management,trying to solve the problems with PDCA cycle theory.in the end, this paper points out that it' s of great significance for PDCA cycle theory to enhance the quality of secondary school management.
