非水滴定法测定阔草清含量的研究

摘  要:
建立了用非水滴定法测定阔草清含量的方法。实验方法为:精确称取阔草清0.23g,加20mLDMF,加2滴百里香酚兰指示剂,用甲醇钠标准溶液滴定至溶液由黄色变为蓝色,电位滴定法与指示剂法的测定结果一致,此方法操作简便,滴定终点清晰,准确可靠,重现性好。

摘  要:
Determination of flumetsulam content by non-aqueous titration with standard solution of sodium methylate was carried out in N,N-dimethylformamide(20 mL).The indicator was thymol blue.The endpoint was decided by potentiometric method or indicator method,and their results were in agreement.We came to the conclusion that the method was easy to operate with a clear titration endpoint,and it was accurate,reliable and precise.
