60%阔草清水分散性粒剂及其分析方法

摘  要:
在实验室采用干法试制了60%阔草清水分散性粒剂,并对产品的技术指标进行了评价。另外还研究了用高效液相色谱测定阔草清含量的分析方法。结果表明:l.60%阔草清水分散性粒剂悬浮率高达90%以上,崩解时间小于90s,热贮(54℃± 2℃,14d)分解率小于5%,该配方能满足水分散性粒剂的各项指标要求;2.采用高效液相色谱法测定阔草清,定量准确、快速、简便,方法的标准偏差S为0.037,变异系数(cv)为0.64%,回收率范围为98.9%~ 99.7%。

摘  要:
The article introduced the preparation of flmetsuxlam 60% Water Dispersible Granule(WDG). The technicalproperties showed that its suspension rate was 93 %, the dispersion time was less than 90 seconds and the decomposition rate of its active ingredient was 2.7% at 542 1C with 14 days, which conformed to the requirements for the formulation. A method was also introduced for the determination of flmetsuxlam by RP - HP1.C with C18 column at UV210nm. The coefficient of variation for the analytical method was 0. 64% , standard deviation was 0. 037, and the recoveries were ranged from 98.9% to 99.7% .
