气相色谱法测定阔草清在土壤中的残留量

摘  要:
研究了气相色谱法测定土壤中阔草清的残留量。阔草清用丙酮∶0-1N 盐酸= 9∶1 提取。阔草清的pKa 为4-6,可以利用它在不同pH 溶液中呈不同状态进行纯化。由于阔草清的低挥发性和热不稳定性,所以在进行气相色谱分析前,先进行甲基化,形成N- 甲基阔草清衍生物,再于气相色谱仪上测定。本实验采用添加法测定回收率,添加水平为2-5 ~100-0μg/kg,平均回收率为90-5% ~96-7% ,最小检出限为2-5μg/kg。本方法具有灵敏度高、回收率高以及操作简便等优点。

摘  要:
The residual analysis method of flumetsulam in soil was discussed in this paper.The flumetsulam are extracted from soli by acetone/0.1N hydrochloric acid(9:1)and purified by liquid-liquid partition in different pH.Direct determination of flumetsulam by gas chromatography(GC)has not been possible because of its thermal instability and low volatility.The flumetsulam was derivatized with methyl iodide to form the N-methyl derivative.The derivatized flumetsulam is thermally stable for GC analysis.On the level of 2.5~100.0μg kg -1 ,the average recovery of flumetsulam in soil were 90 5%~97 6%.The minimum detecable concentration of flumetsulam in the samples of soil was 2.5μg kg -1 .
