文章回顾了我国食用木薯的发展历史,分析了我国食用木薯的发展现状与存在的问题,并针对问题提出了争取政府的政策和财政支持、增强科技支撑力、促进食用木薯的产业化、提高科技成果回报率等发展对策,以促进我国食用木薯产业健康、快速发展。

摘  要:
The history of developing edible cassava in China was reviewed in the paper. Current situation and problems was analyzed, then,some development countermeasures were put forward, i.e., try to obtain policy and financial support from Chinese government, strengthening scientific and technological support capacity, promoting industrialization of edible cassava, and increasing the reply rate from the transformation and extension of agricultural science and technology achievements. This will promote a healthy and rapid development of edible cassava industry in China.
