不同食用木薯品种木薯棒孢霉叶斑病空间分布型研究初报

摘  要:
2014年,通过田间调查SC9、SC201、GR891、E1424和SC124共5个木薯品种的木薯棒孢霉叶斑病的发病情况,采用聚集度指标、Lα-m回归模型和Z-V模型对4种食用木薯品种的木薯棒孢霉叶斑病空间分布型进行了研究。结果表明,木薯棒孢霉叶斑病在不同食用木薯品种上总体呈现聚集分布,但在其发病轻时呈现均匀分布和随机分布;不同食用木薯品种之间平均每叶病斑数有差异,其中对照品种SC124(CK)发病较重,新的品系E1424发病较轻。

摘  要:
The spatial distribution pattern of Corynespora leaf spot disaese of cassava in 4 edible cassava species were analyzed by different aggregation indices,Lα-m model and Z-V model. The results showed that spatial distribution pattern of Corynespora leaf spot disaese of cassava in different edible cassava species were aggregation. In the low incidence of the disease,the spatial distribution pattern was inclined to random and uniform pattern. The incidence of Corynespora leaf spot disaese on CK( SC124) was the highest,while E1424 was the lowest.
