皮特兰猪的氟烷基因检测与分子选育

摘  要:
以PCR-RFLPs法为检测方法,针对氟烷基因开展无应激皮特兰猪的分子选育,共检测从2003-2007年若干世代共28批次皮特兰猪。结果显示,在所检测的共994头样本中,具NN基因型的为361头,具Nn基因型的为374头,具nn基因型的为259头。试验结果表明,随着世代选育的进展,群体中N基因和NN基因型的频率逐渐升高,至第17批次时均达100%,后均维持在较高水平,Hard-Weinberg平衡亦呈现平衡-不平衡-平衡的现象,直至此基因最终在群体中失去平衡。试验结果还表明,利用基因技术对家畜进行分子育种是可行的。

摘  要:
Molecular breeding of the non-stress Pietrain pigs was carried out for the halothane gene by PCR-RFLPs method,28 batches of several generations Pietrain pigs were detected from 2003-2007.The results showed that among 994 test pigs there were 361 pigs with NN genotype,374 pigs with Nn genotype,and 259 pigs with nn genotype.The results implied that,with the progress of generations breeding,the frequency of the N gene and NN genotype in groups gradually increased and reached to 100% at the 17th batches and then maintained at a high level.Hard-Weinberg equilibrium also presents the phenomenon of balance-imbalance-balance,until this gene was the ultimate loss of balance in the population.The results also showed that gene technology was feasible for molecular breeding of livestock.
