瑞典高等农业教育促进农业现代化的经验与启示

瑞典农作物产量及自给程度欧洲领先,农业现代化水平居世界前列。瑞典现代农业的成就得益于高等农业教育的支撑,高等农业教育重视科研创新对农业产业的引领,重视机械类专业对农业现代化的促进,重视农业教育对农业生产者素质的提高,重视学生实践动手能力对农科教融合效果的提升,重视探索产业发展方式对全球产业健康转型的带动,有力推进了本国农业现代化进程。借鉴瑞典经验,我国高等农业教育强力促进农业现代化必须以充足的财政投入保障高等农业教育发展,以领先的科学技术水平探索农业发展新模式,以多维的培养层次提升农业产业从业者素质,以完善的融合机制推动农业高校服务产业发展,以充分的实践教学促进产业创新人才辈出。

摘  要：
Sweden takes a leading position in crop production and self-sufficiency in Europe and its agricultural modernization is in the forefront of the world. The achievements of Swedish modern agriculture have benefited from the support of higher agricultural education. Higher agricultural education attaches great importance to the agricultural industry by scientific research innovation,to the promotion of agricultural modernization by the specialty of machinery,to the improvement of the quality of agricultural producers by agricultural education,to the improvement of students' practical ability by the integration among agriculture,science and education,and to the promotion of the healthy transformation of global industry by exploring the way of industrial development,which have vigorously pushed forward the process of agricultural modernization. Learning from the experience of Sweden,it is necessary for Chinese higher agricultural to promote agricultural modernization with sufficient financial input to ensure the development of higher agricultural education,to explore a new agricultural development model with precedent science and technology,to promote the quality of agricultural producers by multi-dimensional training level,to drive the development of universities' service industry by excellent fusion mechanism,and to push forward the talents of industrial innovation by abundant practical teaching.
