气相色谱-串联质谱法同时检测水果中多种农药残留量

摘  要:
利用气相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定了20种水果中43种农药及相关化合物(包括有机磷类、有机氯类和拟除虫菊酯类)的残留量。结果显示:猕猴桃、西瓜、哈密瓜、橙子、荔枝、黑布李、红布李、山竹8个样品均未检测出任何农药残留。另外12个样品被检测出含18种农药成分,其中16种农药残留量均在国家标准规定的限量值范围内,仅有青提中克百威残留量为0.048 mg/kg,香蕉中吡唑嘧菌酯残留量为0.120 mg/kg,均超过了国标限量值(0.02 mg/kg)。剩余25种农药残留未检出。

摘  要:
The residues of 43 pesticides and related compounds(including organophosphorus, organochlorine and pyrethroids) in 20 fruits were simultaneously determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that there were no pesticide residues in the 8 samples of kiwifruit, watermelon, Hami melon, orange, litchi, black plum,red plum and mangosteen. Twelve other samples were detected to contain 18 kinds of pesticide components, of which 16 kinds of pesticide residues were within the limits prescribed by the national standards. The only residues of carbofuran in green grape and pyraclostrobin in banana were 0.048 mg/kg and 0.120 mg/kg respectively, which exceeded the national standard limits(0.02 mg/kg).The remaining 25 pesticide residues were not detected.
