同时测定鲜人参中33种农药残留GC-MS快速检测方法

摘  要:
[目的]建立气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)快速同时测定人参产品中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯3大类33种药物残留的方法。[方法]样品用乙腈提取,正己烷脱脂后,用弗罗里硅土,C18柱进行净化。在EI模式下,以选择离子扫描(SIM)方式采集数据进行定性与定量分析。[结果]33种药物在相应的质量浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.99;在3个不同质量浓度添加水平下,平均回收率为73.6%~115.2%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.6%~14.6%;检出限(LOD,S/N=3)和定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)分别为0.6~7.2、1.7~25.2μg/kg。[结论]该方法简便快速、灵敏可靠,适用于人参产品中药物多残留的同时快速定性与定量测定。

摘  要:
[Aims] Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) is built as a rapid mensuration of ginseng products for organophosphorus, organochlorine, pyrethroids, a total of 3 kinds of 33 species of pesticide residues. [Methods] The samples were extracted from acetonitrile, degreased with n-hexane and purifi ed by fl orisil and silica C18 column. In the EI mode, ion scanning(SIM) mode is used to collect data for qualitative and quantitative analysis. [Results] 33 Species of pesticides in the corresponding linear concentration range is fi ne, the correlation coeffi cients were more than 0.99; in three different concentration levels of the addition, the average recovery was 73.6-115.2%; the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 4.6 and 14.6%; detection limit(LOD, S/N=3) and quantitative restrictions(LOQ, S/N =10) were respectively 0.6-7.2 and 1.7-25.2 μg/kg. [Conclusions] This method is simple and rapid, sensitive and reliable, suitable for rapid, qualitative and quantitative mensuration of pesticides residual in ginseng products.
