低聚木糖对淮南麻鸡的生长性能和免疫器官的影响

摘  要：
研究了在玉米—豆粕基础日粮中,添加低聚木糖对淮南麻鸡生长性能和免疫器官的影响。结果表明:添加低聚木糖能提高21~42 d淮南麻鸡的体重(P>0.05),能极显著降低料重比(P<0.01);能提高免疫器官的相对重量,其中法氏囊的相对重量达到了极显著的水平(P<0.01)。低聚木糖最适添加剂量为150 mg/kg。

摘  要：
Different doses of xylo-oligosaccharides added into the corn-add soybean basal diets was studied the effect of xylo-oligosaccharides on the growth performance and immune organs of Huainan Chicken.The results showed that xylo-oligosaccharides could increase the weight of 21-42 days Huainan Chicken(P> 0.05),it also could significantly decrease the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)(P <0.01).The xylo-oligosaccharides might enhance the relative weight of immune organs,and the relative weight of IBD reached a significant level(P <0.01).The optimum added amount was 150 mg/kg.
