森林疗养对人类健康影响的研究进展

摘  要:
森林疗养与森林游憩紧密地融合在一起。人们利用休闲时间,在森林环境中进行的以消除身心疲劳、治疗疾病、强身健体为主要目的活动统称森林疗养。森林疗养是通过多种途径来实现。根据"绿视率"理论,绿色环境能消除眼睛和心理的疲劳,使人的生理和心理都感到舒适;森林能不断地释放出植物杀菌素,具有杀灭多种病菌、降血压、祛痰和镇静等功效;森林空气中有高浓度的负离子,可增强大脑皮层功能和脑力活动。该文综合概述了森林疗养的内涵和主要研究途径及评价方法。

摘  要:
Forest not only has the well-known supply service(providing forest products)and ?regulating services(such as regulating air quality,soil quality,water quality,climateenvironment,etc.),but also has cultural services(such as recreation,health,science,education,etc.).Forest recreation and forest tourism is closely together.People use leisure time in the forest environment to eliminate fatigue,cure diseases,?fortify one's health and these activities are called as forest recreation.Forest environment is ideal place for health recuperation.Forest recreation is achieved through a variety of ways.According to the theory of green vision,green environment can eliminate eye and mental fatigue and make the person's physical and psychological comfort.Forest can constantly release phytoncidin which can kill several kinds of bacteria,fall blood pressure,eliminate phlegm and calm and so on.Forest has a high concentration of negative ions,which can increase the cerebral cortex function and mental activity.At home and abroad,there have been all kinds of forest recreation therapy development and utilization including forest bathing,forest hospital,negative ion absorption area and tourist attractions.So,the paper summarizes the connotation and the main research and test methods of forest recuperation.
