普通荞麦花柱、柱头及花粉二型性研究

摘  要:
试验对普通荞麦的花柱、柱头、花粉粒进行光镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜及显微化学等方面的观察。结果表明:长花柱头是湿性柱头,柱头表面有分泌物,分泌物主要含多糖和蛋白质;短花柱柱头是干性柱头;花粉粒在大小、形状上也显示了异型性。柱头与花粉粒的二型性,使自花传粉和同型花传粉导致不亲和性。

摘  要:
The style,stigma and pollen of Fagopyrum esculentum were studied by means of optical,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and microchemistry techniques.Results showed that the long-style(Pin) stigma is characterized as wet,and there is exudate containing mainly carbohydrate and protein on the surface of the wet stigma.The stigma of short-style(Thrum) is dry type,without exudate.Pollens are dimorphisms,leading to the self-incompatibility of grains.
