四种生长素对普通荞麦枝条生根效应的研究

摘  要：
利用不同浓度 (1 0mg/L ,30mg/L ,5 0mg/L ,70mg/L ,90mg/L)的萘乙酸、赤霉素、吲哚乙酸和吲哚丁酸溶液 ,分别对幼苗期、花蕾期、盛花期共 3个时期的荞麦枝条进行离体处理 ,在室温 (2 0～ 2 5℃ )下测定其在 4种试剂不同浓度处理下的生根情况。结果表明 :不同时期荞麦枝条在不同激素溶液及同一激素不同浓度中的生根率都不相同。其中 ,70mg/L的吲哚丁酸和吲哚乙酸对 3个时期的荞麦枝条的生根率都较高 ,生根数较多 ,移栽到土中的成活率较高 ,生长良好

摘  要：
The branches of common buckwheat at the seedling stage, the bud stage, and flowering stage were treated in (different) doses (10 mg/L, 30 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 70 mg/L, 90 mg/L) of NAA, GA_3, IAA, and IBA. The results showed that 70 mg/L concentration of IBA and IAA have the higher effect of rootage on branches at all three stages than others.
