不同药物对三种蜱不同发育阶段杀灭效果的评价

摘  要：
为了验证不同药物对不同蜱种及发育阶段蜱的杀灭效果是否有差异,本次试验选择了6种药物对亚洲璃眼蜱、血红扇头蜱、长角血蜱三种不同蜱的不同发育阶段进行体外浸渍法处理,通过观察蜱的死亡和产卵情况评价药物的杀蜱效果。结果显示,两种不同厂家生产的氟铃脲和噻虫啉对同种蜱的杀伤作用差别明显;乙基多杀菌素的浓度为160 mg/L时,对亚洲璃眼蜱饱血若蜱的致死率为100%;浓度为300 mg/L时,对其雌蜱的产卵抑制率为100%,但对血红扇头蜱饱血若蜱完全无效;哒螨灵对三种蜱中血红扇头蜱饱血若蜱的杀伤力最强,且对长角血蜱饱血雌蜱的产卵有明显的抑制作用。试验表明,不同药物对不同蜱种和发育阶段的作用具有选择性,因此本试验为研制灭蜱制剂奠定了试验设计基础,同时为研究中可根据实际需要开发特定灭蜱药物或研制复方制剂提供建议。

摘  要：
In order to verify the efficiency of different drugs against different developmental stage and species ticks,6 kinds of drugs were selected to against the life cycle of the different develops periods with Hyalomma.asiaticum,Rhipicephalus.sanguineus,Haemaphysalis longicornis by immersion test in vitro.The deaths and spawn were used as measurement to efficacies of the drugs against ticks.The results show that:there was one distinct difference that was noted in the two kinds of hexaflumuron and thiacloprid against the same tick.160 mg/L of spinetoram could fully killed to engorged nymphs of Hy.asiaticum,and it could inhibit egg laying for engorged females of Hy.Asiaticumcompletely when the concentration was 300 mg/L,but it haven't the effect for R.sanguineus of the engorged nymphs.pyridaben has works best to against the engorged nymphs of R.Sanguineus in the three kinds of tick,and clear inhibits egg laying for engorged females H.longicornis.The experiments show the influence of the different drugs on the life cycle of the different develops periods with tick exists great difference.The test lay the foundation of the experimental design for new anti-tick drugs,and could exploit specific drugs or develop compound preparations according to the actual situation.
