摘  要：
缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)是机体缺氧信号传导途径中一个关键的转录因子-缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)的一个活性亚基,对人类和哺乳动物肺动脉高压的形成具有极其重要的病理生理作用。文章综述了HIF-1α与哺乳动物肺动脉高压发生发展的关系及其可能的作用机理与途径,对剖析HIF-1α在肉鸡腹水综合征发生发展中的作用机理具有一定的意义。

摘  要：
Hypoxia-inducible factor 1 α(HIF-1α)is an active subunit of a key transcription factor in oxygen-sensing pathway-Hypoxia-inducible factor 1.HIF-1α plays key roles in oxygen homeostasis and pulmonary hypertension development.Effects of HIF-1α on pulmonary hypertension in human or mammalian and ascites in broilers,the mechanism of HIF-1α in development of pulmonary hypertension were summarized in this paper.There will be theoretical significance for expounding the mechanism of HIF-1α in development of ascites in broilers.
