一种虎舌红茎腐病病原菌的鉴定及防治效果

摘  要:
[目的]对一种虎舌红茎腐病病原菌进行鉴定,并研究农药对虎舌红茎腐病的防治效果.[方法]采用形态学和分子生物学方法对一种虎舌红茎腐病的病原菌进行鉴定,并使用6种杀菌剂:80%波尔多液可湿性粉剂、75%百菌清可湿性粉剂、1亿活孢子/g木霉菌水分散粒剂、54.5%霉·福美双可湿性粉剂、62.6 g/L精甲·咯菌腈种子处理悬浮剂及46%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂进行了虎舌红茎腐病病原菌的室内毒力测定和活体防效试验.[结果]鉴定虎舌红茎腐病为Neonectria radicicola.6种杀菌剂的试验结果表明:1亿活孢子/g木霉菌水分散粒剂制剂质量浓度为200mg/L时菌丝抑制率为100%,配制成1250 mg/L时对虎舌红茎腐病的活体防效为62.07%.[结论]引起虎舌红茎腐病的主要病原菌为Neonectria radicicola,1亿活孢子/g木霉菌对Neonectria radicicola引起的虎舌红茎腐病防治效果较好.

摘  要:
[Aims] The purpose of this study aims to identify a pathogen of the stem rot on Ardisia mamillata Hance, and to screen out the effective fungicides against it. [Methods] To identify the pathogen of the stem rot on A. mamillata Hance was based on morphological characteristics and ITS phylogeny analysis, and the inhibition in vitro and in vivo of6 fungicides: bordeaux mixture 80% WP, chlorothalonil 75% WP, trichoderma hartz 100 million spores/g WG,hymexazol·fumisan 54.5% WP, fludioxonil·metalaxyl-M 62.5 g/L FS and Kocide 46% WG were tested against this pathogen. [Results] The results showed that the pathogen caused stem rot on A. mamillata Hance is Neonectria radicicola. Then trichoderma hartz WG had the inhibition rates of 100% in vitro at 200 mg/L and the best control effect of 62.07% in vivo at 1250 mg/L. [Conclusions ] The main pathogen of the stem rot on A. mamillata Hance is N. radicicola, trichoderma hartz WG have the best control effect on N. radicicola.
