草莓果生刺盘孢菌的生物学特性及致病性测定

摘  要:
利用多基因联合建树法对分离自上海和安徽的6个草莓炭疽菌菌株进行分子鉴定,发现这6个炭疽菌菌株均为果生刺盘孢菌(Colletotrichum fructicola),并对其生物学特性及致病性进行了比较和分析。结果表明:6个草莓果生刺盘孢菌菌株最适生长温度为25—30℃,最佳pH为6—7,且能利用多种碳氮源。各菌株在同等条件下的产孢量存在差异,孢子萌发率在3—24 h显著增加。6个草莓果生刺盘孢菌菌株对草莓感病品种'章姬'叶片的致病性存在差异,GQH131的致病性显著高于其他5个菌株,病情指数为61.98;对抗病草莓品种'申阳'的致病性测定表明,GQH131的致病性显著高于GQHAH1和GQHAH4,病情指数为45.45,其余菌株间无显著差异。两地区分离自根颈处的菌株致病性均高于分离自叶片及匍匐茎处的菌株。

摘  要:
Six strains of anthrax isolated from Shanghai and Anhui were identified by the method of multigene phylogenetic analysis.It was found that the six strains were Colletotrichum fruticola,and their biological characteristics and pathogenicity were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the optimum growth temperature for the six strains was 25-30℃,the optimum pH was 6-7,and various carbon and nitrogen sources could be utilized by these isolates.Under the same conditions,the sporulation capacity of each strain was different,and the spore germination rate increased significantly in 3-24 h.The pathogenicity of the six strains to the strawberry leaves of susceptible variety ' Akihime ' was different.The pathogenicity of GQH131 was significantly higher than the other 5 strains,and the disease index was 61.98.The pathogenicity of GQH131 to strawberry resistant variety ' Shenyang' was significantly higher than that of GQHAH1 and GQHAH4,with the disease index 45.45,and there was no significant difference among the other strains.The pathogenicity of the isolates from crowns was higher than those isolates from the leaves and stolons.
