草莓炭疽病抗性室内快速鉴定方法研究及应用

摘  要:
【目的】为了研究建立我国草莓品种炭疽病抗性快速、稳定的室内测定方法,【方法】以有抗性差异的4个品种草莓苗为材料,根据田间鉴定结果,对胶胞炭疽菌孢子液浓度、接种部位、苗龄、接种后调查时间进行研究,形成草莓炭疽病抗性室内快速鉴定方法。此方法也在鉴定草莓杂交F1材料的炭疽病抗性上进行了应用。【结果】6叶期草莓苗的离体叶柄和匍匐茎都可以作为炭疽病抗性室内快速鉴定的材料,接种适宜孢子量2×105个·mL-1,发病调查时间为7 d后。对19个草莓品种或自交材料进行炭疽病抗性室内快速鉴定,其结果与田间观察结果基本相符。【结论】采用室内快速鉴定方法结果准确、操作简单,可全年进行,将大大加快品种选育和遗传研究的进程。

摘  要:
【Objective】The objective of the stady was to develop a rapid and robust laboratory method for identifying strawberry resistance to anthracnose. 【Method】Four strawberry cultivars that are found different in resistance from field identification were used in this study.We rapidly assessed their resistance in laboratory by investigating the concentrations of C. gloeosporioides spore suspension, the organs for in vitro inoculation, seedling stages and investigating time after inoculation. This method was also applied on strawberry F1hybrids to check their resistance to anthracnose. 【Result】Our results indicate that in vitro petioles and stolons from 6-leaf stage strawberry can be used for indoor rapid identification of resistance to anthracnose, with C. gloeosporioide spore suspension at 2 ×105conidia·mL-1and disease investigated 7days after inoculation. Results from 19 strawberry cultivars or F1generations by using this indoor method showed great consistency with field observations. 【Conclusion】This rapid laboratory identification method is simple in handlings but accurate in results and available throughout the year, which will greatly accelerate the breeding and genetic research processes.
