小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂对XFM麻醉下大鼠大脑c-jun基因mRNA表达的影响

摘  要:
为了研究小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂对小型猪特异性麻醉剂(XFM)麻醉下大鼠大脑c-jun基因mRNA表达的影响,将78只成年SD大鼠被随机分成空白对照组、XFM对照组、XFM麻醉+生理盐水组、XFM麻醉+小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂组,除空白对照组外,其余每组分设4个不同采样时间点的亚组。采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测大脑c-jun基因mRNA表达量。结果显示,XFM麻醉诱导大鼠大脑c-jun基因mRNA表达,与空白对照组比较显著升高,XFM麻醉大鼠腹腔注射生理盐水后各时间点大脑c-jun基因mRNA表达与XFM对照组间无显著差异,注射小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂后显著抑制了XFM诱导大鼠大脑c-jun基因mRNA的表达。结果表明,小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂抑制了XFM麻醉诱导大鼠大脑c-jun基因mRNA的表达,这可能与小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂催醒机制相关。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the effects of the antagonism mechanism of the Specificity Antagonist for Miniature Pigs Combined Anaesthetic used in woking-up anaesthetic rat by XFM om the expression of c-jun mRNA in the rat cerebral cortex,78 adult SD rats were divided randomly into four groups: blank control group,XFM group,XFM add saline group and XFM add the Specificity Antagonist group. Each group consists of four subgroups except for blank control group,and samples were collected at different time points. The expression of c-jun gene mRNA in every sample is detected with real time PCR. The result show that The c-jun gene mRNA contents in each time point of the XFM group were obviously increased as compared with blank control group. There were no significant effect of injection of saline after XFM administrated on the c-jun gene mRNA expression. The level of c-jun gene mRNA expression after the Specificity Antagonist administrated was significantly lower than XFM group. These results indicated that the Specificity Antagonist for Miniature Pigs Combined Anaesthetic attenuates the c-jun gene mRNA expression in the cerebral cortex of rats induced by XFM,this may be related to the antagonism mechanism of the Specificity Antagonist for Miniature Pigs' Combined Anaesthetic.
